Shipping is on us
Prepaid USPS label with every accepted offer. Return shipping is on us too.
Shipping in both directions
Inbound and return, including if you decline after inspection.
Insured to the offer amount
If the carrier loses or damages your box, you still get your full offer. We handle the claim.
Packing your shipment
Five minutes, and it protects your payout.
- Step 1
Take the water out
Empty and dry the water chamber. Water left inside is the most common reason a machine arrives damaged.
- Step 2
Wrap the machine
A towel, grocery bags, bubble wrap. Anything that stops it rattling. The screen is the fragile part.
- Step 3
Include the power supply
Half your payment depends on this — a machine without it counts as broken. Coil the cord and put it in the box next to the machine.
- Step 4
Send the rest of the drawer too
Filters, headgear and odd cushions earn nothing, but we recycle them properly. No need to sort.
- Step 5
Leave out two things
A machine that is not on our buy list, and any supply that has been opened or has yellowed. We cannot buy either, cannot return it, and cannot be responsible for it once it arrives.
- Step 6
Any box will do
Original packaging not required. An inch of padding on every side.
- Step 7
Tape on the label and drop it
Print it and tape it on. No printer? Ask and we will mail you one.
Do not ship without a label
Without an offer number we cannot tell whose box it is, so we have no way to pay you. Please accept an offer first.
Shipping questions
We email you a prepaid, insured USPS label the same business day you accept. There is nothing to pay at the counter. Empty the water chamber first. Wrap the machine in a towel or bubble wrap. Use any box that fits. Tape the label to the outside and drop it at any USPS location.
Yes. Call us, or reply to your confirmation email, and we will mail a printed label to the address on your offer. There is no charge. A printer should never be what stops you selling. Allow a few days for it to reach you. Your offer is held for 14 days. If the mail is slow and you are getting close to that date, tell us. We will extend your offer rather than start again. If you would rather not wait, most public libraries, UPS Stores and USPS counters will print an emailed label for you.
Yes, and it is the easiest way to do it. Every machine on your offer can go in the same box. Each one is paid its own price. Sealed supplies can go in too. Pack the machines so they cannot knock into each other. Each machine needs its own power supply in the box to earn the full price — one without it counts as broken and is paid half. One thing to avoid: do not use the same label twice. A label covers one box only. A second box sent with a copy of it can be returned to you, or charged to you. If your equipment will not fit in one box, tell us how many boxes you need. We will email a label for each.
The machine and its power supply. Those two earn the full price. Without the power supply the machine counts as broken and is paid half, and nothing else you add or leave out changes the figure. Add the water chamber if you still have it, along with any sealed supplies on your offer. DNQ supplies and accessories can go in the same box. They will not add to your payment, but we would rather recycle them than see them thrown away. Leave out anything opened or yellowed. Leave out any machine that is not on our buy list. We cannot buy those, cannot return them, and cannot be responsible for them once they arrive.
