Two things we ask you not to ship
- Machines that are not named on the buy list
- Supplies that have been opened, unsealed or have yellowed
We cannot buy either one. We cannot send it back, and we cannot be responsible for it once it reaches us — it is recycled or disposed of at our discretion. Everything else is fine, including the supplies and accessories we cannot pay for.
Machines we cannot buy
These are the machines we do not buy. We cannot pay for one, and we cannot send it back to you once it arrives, so please keep it rather than putting it in the box. Find yours below before you pack anything.

We do not buy opened or yellowed supplies
All CPAP supplies must be factory sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Leave a supply out of the box if it is:
- Marked "NOT FOR RESALE"
- Dirty or visibly used
- An unusual or unpleasant odor
- Yellowed, torn, or otherwise damaged packaging
Never ship these at all
This is not about price. These are safety and ownership problems. No price on the price list applies to them, even if the model is one we buy.
- Equipment with active mould growth or pest contamination
- Hospital-tagged, rental-fleet, leased or insurance-owned equipment you do not own outright
